Cole Slaw

6 cups cabbage, finely grated
2 cups carrots, finely grated
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons sugar or Splenda
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise

Thoroughly mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate before serving.
